“After having a necklace I purchased a few years ago whilst visiting NZ from Scotland stolen I contacted W&H enquiring whether the necklace was still available as my partner loved it. I dealt with Emma and to my delight the necklace was still available. The whole process of ordering to delivery here in Scotland was excellent”

“Lovely person answered the phone. Nothing was a bother. Jewellery arrived beautifully packed and also included a complimentary candle which was lovely. Also no problem getting an extra 10% discount with my Gold Card. A very good experience”

“I had an issue using a walker & hall gift card online. I had $100 voucher and needed to pay a little extra. Although the website did not seem to recognise the voucher number. Which was pretty frustrating however it could have been user error... I rang and talked to a woman Chrissie who tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. She was calm, efficient and assisted in processesing the order without any issues. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you Chrissie & Merry Christmas ps love my new necklace”

“Walker and Hall were super easy to order from. I placed an order on Sunday, it was dispatched on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. I did not ask for my order to be gift wrapped but it came beautifully gift wrapped which was such a great surprise! Loved the service :)”
