“I bought 1000 dollars worth of products. They arrived in a few days in rural so great matks for that. They were pretty wrapped so great marks for that. Unfortunately the product that costed 440 dollars had the case torn in several places. I do not have time to argue that as I am heading overseas for a wedding but when I come back I will complain”

“Bought a bracelet as a gift and was blown away by the attention to detail. The gift box was beautifully wrapped and the card and the writing inside exquisite. I liked the fact the online manager had given her business card too. Made me feel that someone took great care in fulfilling my order”

“I have had the pleasure of shopping at three of the Walker & Hall shops (Bayfair - Tauranga, Wellington, and Albany). The service in all three shops by the staff has been the next level of excellence. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. I had put some earrings aside to look at in the Albany store for when I was in Auckland - Sue the store manager texted me the morning of the day I was calling in to say that they were looking forward to welcoming me into their store - and example of going to the next level. I wrote a review on the purchasing of some jewellery in Wellington and was fortunate enough to receive a $100 voucher - I dealt with another wonderful representative of Walker and Hall - Annabelle - again next level of service. Today I have purchased a piece of jewellery on-line - once again this was a simple process. I had immediate communication - the sales receipt and postage details. Would I recommend Walker and Hall? Absolutely 100%. If you want to be treated and made to feel special as you purchase special occasion pieces then this is definitely a go to jewellery company.”
