“this review is for the headquarter and the live chat system. My experience with Walker and Hall stores - Sylvia Park/New Market wasnt great prior to this. I made my first online purchase from Walker and Hall recently. Most of their products are slightly different - handcrafted items/diamonds etc. Items may vary across stores so it was the best option to get it online at the time. Item arrived and wasnt what I expected so I used their chat system. The staff there is super helpful. She helped me a lot in choosing the right one and having it ready within a short time frame. I will definitely contact her peersonally for future purchases.”

“A pleasure to buy from, brought a ring online and received it in a timely manner, however we asked for a ring and gave size we needed but when ring arrived it was too tight, contacted them and arranged for a swap. Our experience to do this was very good great staff in Wgtn very helpful and a pleasure to work with a 10 out of 10 thanks”
