“Although I haven't checked whether I received what I asked for, (as it's wrapped up so lovely), I have full faith that it will turn out exactly how I wanted it to, especially after the amazing customer service I received from Sandre, who patiently helped me with all my enquiries regarding engravings and the jewelry I ordered as a gift. I hope this review results in some commendation for Sandre, as it is by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. I will definitely be shopping with Walker and Hall in the future. “Really fast and reliable service. Liked how the postage bag was made from recyclable plastic!! Also very accommodating with the nicely wrapped box and extra card with personal note. Would 100% recommend to other people to shop here :)”
