“Ordered online and picked it up from Albany Walker and Hall. I was both rung and sent an email to say item had arrived in store. A little bit of confusion as to where goods were located, but found within five minutes. Beautifully packaged and offered gift wrapping. Great transaction, would readily do it again.”

“Besides having an exquisite array of jewellery they are super helpful - not that annoying helpful just to get the sale but genuinely interested in any query you may have and they go above and beyond with getting back to you on any queries you may have. Thank you so much for everything - will be shopping with you from now on.”
