“Had asked Newmarket to transfer a ring to their branch, from the airport, and the shop assistant confirmed that he was doing that for me and it would take about 2 days. I waited about 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything, so ordered it online instead, except now I can’t return it for a refund as it was purchased online. Quite disappointed in the customer service at Walker and Hall Newmarket.”

“Great company to deal with . Pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Ordering duty free online is also a quick & easy process. Would always choose to buy from W & H first.”
