“Due to the high demand with couriers I was aware it would take several days to arrive. Fortunately, I had given plenty of time and it actually arrived on the day of my Granddaughters birthday. Perfect and thanks a lot.”

“I purchased a gift certificate but there was no screen to put my friends details in so the certificate came to my email and was in my name. I called head office and they said forward the email to your self and change the name. Not ideal...”
