“I received a personalised note with instructions not to store my Zoe and Morgan earrings in the case that they were delivered in as it will tarnish them, thankfully I got this as I totally would have stored them there otherwise.”

“The first experience I wasn’t happy with because the earrings were faulty and I wasn’t asked for ID by the First Lady but the second which made no sense to me. The second experience however over the faulty earrings was amazing. The male operator who did the exchange was lovely and helpful and I was really pleased”

“The earrings I ordered are fabulous. They were beautifully wrapped. However, your site said 1-3 business days for delivery and on day 4, I emailed to see why I hadn't received my order. The person who responded was lovely and organised it quickly and put it down for Saturday delivery. So it luckily arrived in time for my niece's birthday on the Sunday. I just think if you offer/advertise a particular service then you should meet it.”
