“The staff at the Newmarket store were lovely and very helpful. The complimentary card was also a nice touch.”

“There were lots of good things about my purchase the service was good and the staff friendly and helpful however they forgot to ask the length of the chain I needed and I now have a short chain rather than the long chain I needed!”

“I was impressed with the website, product and promptness etc but was disappointed with the courier. They did not follow instructions which was to redirect the package so that they could be signed for. This is a concern as the package was left and a dodgy looking supposed signature was on the tracker.”
