“Về môi trường học ở Wall Street English thật sự rất là phù hợp đối với mọi người nói chung cũng như đối với em nói riêng. Nhưng theo cảm nhận của em, em biết trong một môi trường thì có rất nhiều người ngại cũng như không năng động, ý em đây là ngại giao tiếp nhưng đối với em ngại giao tiếp hay có phần hơi nhút nhát mới tham gia khóa học tại trung tâm bên mình cũng như muốn học thêm được nhiều kĩ năng và kiến thức mới. Hiện tại em đã tham gia bên mình được 9 tháng, ban đầu em học với nhiều thầy cô em cảm giác em được kết nối trong các buổi học rất nhiều, em rất thích những lớp SC và CC bên mình tạo ra. Nhưng đối với lớp Encounter, theo cách nhìn của em dạo gần đây khoảng 2 tháng em đang thấy các buổi ENC làm cho em ngại và không được kết nối với mọi người ví dụ như em tới một trung tâm khác để em ENC và buổi ENC đó chỉ có em và thêm 1 bạn đang học tại trung tâm đó cùng tham gia, trong quá trình ENC, em có tí ít năng động và phản xạ không nhanh hơn bạn đó và kết quả em nhận lại là những câu nói khiến em mất kết nối giữa giáo viên cũng như bạn đó, ý em đây là thầy/ cô tạo ít cơ hội cho những bạn ít và kém hơn những bạn năng động và điều đó khiến em rất khó chịu, em biết em có những chỗ sai thầy cô góp ý em vẫn tiếp thu và vẫn cố gắng nhưng có những hành động cũng như cách thầy cô truyền đạt làm cho buổi ENC trở nên áp lực đối với em hơn”

“To be honest, I've had such a great time studying at WSE, my speaking skills have improved so much. In addition, I have a few thoughts to share with you. I think everything is good from facilities to services, you have many experienced staff that are willing to help the students anytime and anywhere. However, in my own experience, when I get a higher level, it’s really difficult for me to find a class that fits my time, so I often miss some interesting topics. And one more thing, I think you need to limit the number of people attending the events, I joined some but there were a lot of people speaking Vietnamese, and it made me feel I was wasting my time because I want to come to practice English. That’s what I think so, I hope it will help your service better.”

“I think WSE should have 1 or 2 other ways for students to learn vocabulary. Should have classes to practice the pronunciation of ending sounds like 's/es', and 'ed'. And each level should have 1 class for students to present the topic of this level in front of the teacher so that the teacher can correct pronunciation errors for students.”

“First of all, thank you for all your support during the time I studied at WSE. WSE has been providing students with lots of classes, and the topics are really interesting. I made a few friends here and spent time practicing English together, which is helpful and motivating. However, I hope that there will be more Chance To Chat in a week. “I really enjoyed my CC and SC lessons, where I could communicate with students from different countries in the world. I found it pretty helpful because I was able to practice my listening skill through studying English in many accents. Moreover, some of the activites required improvised speaking and quick brainstorming, therefore I could practice using my vocabulary in fast and accurate way. However, the system sometimes went through lagging and disconnected during lessons, so it caused inconvenient experience during my classes.”
