“To be honest, I've had such a great time studying at WSE, my speaking skills have improved so much. In addition, I have a few thoughts to share with you. I think everything is good from facilities to services, you have many experienced staff that are willing to help the students anytime and anywhere. However, in my own experience, when I get a higher level, it’s really difficult for me to find a class that fits my time, so I often miss some interesting topics. And one more thing, I think you need to limit the number of people attending the events, I joined some but there were a lot of people speaking Vietnamese, and it made me feel I was wasting my time because I want to come to practice English. That’s what I think so, I hope it will help your service better.”

“I think WSE should have 1 or 2 other ways for students to learn vocabulary. Should have classes to practice the pronunciation of ending sounds like 's/es', and 'ed'. And each level should have 1 class for students to present the topic of this level in front of the teacher so that the teacher can correct pronunciation errors for students.”

“First of all, thank you for all your support during the time I studied at WSE. WSE has been providing students with lots of classes, and the topics are really interesting. I made a few friends here and spent time practicing English together, which is helpful and motivating. However, I hope that there will be more Chance To Chat in a week. This will encourage students to apply the vocabulary and grammar they've learned, especially if we can come up with more games, and students will be more interested.”

“I really enjoyed my CC and SC lessons, where I could communicate with students from different countries in the world. I found it pretty helpful because I was able to practice my listening skill through studying English in many accents. Moreover, some of the activites required improvised speaking and quick brainstorming, therefore I could practice using my vocabulary in fast and accurate way. However, the system sometimes went through lagging and disconnected during lessons, so it caused inconvenient experience during my classes.”

“I like the content of the lessons, they are very helpful. What a pity when I can not replay them many times to review the knowledge because I can not remember all of the things that I learned one time. Recently, It seems there is a problem with the recorder, the part student records voices, and the repeated voices seem too fast than normal.”
