“ I wish I had read these reviews ahead of ordering of this so called business! Awaiting delivery of a bag ordered a month ago with no sign of it materializing. Emails from customer service are vague to say the least and give no real options for resolution. I haven't even got to the point of being charged duty yet. All smells like a fraudulent company - NEVER AGAIN! ”
