When we booked a skip exchange the driver wouldn't take the original skip which resulted in us having to have the second skip on the drive in the way. They also collected the second skip a week early with no warning we only realised they were collecting it when they drove away

Skip supposed to be picked up on Friday 14 Aug and still insitu on Sunday 16Aug. No notification or apology for not picking up. The 72 hour txt is noted on the collection notice but stayed in all day Friday and had no contact ? Very poor service in anyone's books.

The reason I have given this review is that I asked for an early collection and it was approved, however the skip is still on my drive. I was texted on the morning at 8.30 stating that the skip would be collected from between 7.30 am till 7pm. This did not happen after waiting in all day. I am now stuck with a skip all weekend and don’t know if it will be collected on Monday. Till that point a great service, now with no communication it has turned into a not so great service.

Pick up was great. Ordered large skip. Upon delivery given all sorts of warnings about not overloading as we were doing our drive way. ( weak concrete, soil and wood) ended up worrying about everything we put in the skip. When came to pick up driver moved easily and was unconcerned with weight at all. We are just a household doing basic jobs not a construction site- we paid 300+ for this skip and felt like we could not use it. Also have used companies in the past that empty and replace free- this company wanted to recharge the 300. Never again.

Price reasonable, delivery of skip ok. Text regarding skip delivery time arrived after the skip. I arranged with the the skip company to change the collection date, they had not been given any date at that point. The skip was then attempted to be collected on the original date (driver stating it should have been the previous day). Driver contacted office to verify new collection date. Wasteonline then immediately contacted myself stating I had refused collection and I might have to pay a fee - which was obviously wrong. Eventually sorted out and skip collected on correct date. Again texts arrived after both skip collection times. If I hadn’t been at home then the skip would have been removed prior to me being notified

Skip arrived a day later than ordered and has yet to be collected now two days after originally arranged to be collected!

A couple of issues... No option to request/ ensure a skip with a drop down door is provided The collection was late and the request I made for it to be earlier was not respected The skip itself was in pretty poor shape but did the job Delivery/ collection drivers were excellent, polite, flexible (the delivery driver even span the skip around for me so the door was at the right end) and did a neat and tidy job

Skip was ordered for Friday 10th July for 14 days. Did not arrive. Received 2 messages saying lorry broken down / driver hadn't turned up. Finally delivered Tuesday 14th. 6 days later driver arrived to fetch it. I refused to let it go. 10 days later driver turned up again. Again I refused and was told I may have to pay for a wasted journey. Numerous phone calls and eventually it was agreed it could be collected after 14 days on July 28th.

Very difficult to wait in for the skip to be delivered in a 12 hour window, then it seems indefinitely for the skip to be collected. Will have to start charging rent soon. Would recommend dealing with skip companies direct.

After receiving an email stating that the skip would be collected that day, without my confirmation, i made sure i was on site until 19.00 to sign for the collection, as stated in the email. The skip wasn't collected or the next day and on phoning the skip company i was met with a blunt reply that collection can take up to 5 days. I've now had to leave the site with open access for the collection whenever it may arrive.

Hmm, agreed online dates etc, then two days later confirmation had moved original agreed date by 5 days and then wanted the skip back earlier than the two weeks agreed. Thankfully we managed to negate our disruption and additional costs due to delay. Overall not a brilliant experience as they are an agent..................

No problem until skip was collected, driver hit tree outside our house and broke off a large branch, not the end of the world but could have easily been avoided. Contacted company and asked if they could pick it up next time a skip was in the area.( Not too much to ask seeing as they broke it and left it hanging) basically they weren't interested and told me to contact the council! They broke it and just left it where it was so to my mind it was their fault, no real interest in customer relations or social responsibility.

Would prefer to deal direct with skip supplier rather than through a third person. Cost saving was not worth it.

WasteOnline were good and quick to order with. However, there company they used LMD skips failed on collecting it and completely failed on delivery and collection of another skip I ordered from LMD direct. I would not use WasteOnline again if they used LMD skips
