Don’t do what they say or even when they text you to say skip will be collected today No contact either and they don’t seem to know what the other person in the office is doing even after all my phone calls Disappointing

I know it is the covid period however I am a nurse. I asked twice for a call back before skip arrived did not receive. Then when I wanted to return early You sent me a delivery date. I responded that It was for pick up and please call my husband but you sent a text he took the time off work. Very poor communication. I since find local firms were cheaper and from my experience communication would likely to be better. Very disaapointed

Great drop off nice and early by. Friendly driver, however collection should of been Friday waited in all day with a no show... still no collection as of Sunday

The Thing is ... I never requested a collection when I ordered The skip that I was aware of .. Then , when I called them To organise The collection Of the skip- The guy I spoke To / To organise collection.. He was so unhelpful !!! He Just kept saying .... 2 day turnaround ...it’s booked out after we collect it from you ...😩 Well - we still needed it at that point .. So .. ... in truth it was very rushed in the end 😳

Hi there Anonymous, We are so sorry that the skip hire didn't go as you expected. At the time of booking, our system takes both a delivery & collection date from you in order to secure the skip for the hire period you need, this is why the collection was already booked in. In addition to this, we are only able to offer 2 weeks hire in order to maintain skip supply. If you wish to speak to us about this, please do get in touch. All feedback is taken very seriously. Skip delivered a day late, despite booking 5 days in advance. Collection was as requested, however, despite stating in the confirmatory email that the skip would be collected between 7.30am and 7.30pm the skip was dropped off at 6.30am.

Skip dropped off ok but I altered date of pick up to an earlier one and date didn't get changed at their end. 2nd skip arrived but couldn't drop off as 1st skip was still in driveway (I don't live at the address).Was charged a waste of journey fee which after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing got fully reimbursed from this company. Three days on and skip has still not been uplifted and have had to change dates 3 times with 2nd skip company. All in all not a pleasant experience and quite stressful. Would think twice about using this company again.

I ordered and payed for a 4yard skip and received a 3. Sent email querying the above, no reply. Was due to be collected 2days ago, as of this morning still on my drive!

Skip ordered for the Monday received a call to say that due to sickness it would not be delivered to the Tuesday, I explained that it would cost me a further £50 pounds as I'd had to pay half a days labour for the Monday, I was told they would look into a discount on the skip price, no discount was applied.

I booked the skip to be collected on Monday 18th as I have repairs to my drive being done on Thursday. Not collected Monday so I phoned and was told it would be collected Tuesday, Phoned twice on Tuesday but still not collected I have explained to them I need it gone by Last thing today (WED) I have also called this morning but it is now 13.00 hours and still not collected, Please can you let me know why this is, Please do respond as we have paid in full for a delivery and collection. many thanks geoff

Vehicle broke all flag stones on my drive really disappointed and added a unwelcome cost to the hire

Skip was due to arrive on Monday but didn't turn up until Tuesday morning. However, pick up date was moved back from Wednesday to Thursday. Sadly, as of today (Saturday) the skip is still sat on my drive despite promises that it would be collected yesterday.

Communication was good at the start including us being able to change the arrival date. The skip arrived on time. However after being told the skip would be collected after 12pm, it was in fact collected at 8am. We ended up having lots of leftover rubbish that did not go in the skip. Two days after collection, I received an email warning me that times may vary. Too late for us to ensure we'd filled the skip in time.

The skip arrived a day late. It was supposed to come in the morning when it didn’t arrive we emailed and was told it would be arriving that afternoon when it didn't arrive by late afternoon we were told it wouldn’t be coming that day as the driver had now run out of driving hours It was also picked up 2 days late
