“Arrived late on Friday said it was arriving between 8am-12:30 requested to work a late shift so had to ask neighbour to keep a look out, when rang was told no eta was given (I had two emails with eta on!) Had an email at 8:30 am on Monday 20 April stating they would collect the skip between 12pm - 5pm 2 days later the date is 22nd April and said skip is still sat outside my house!!!”

“The skip arrived after 3pm then someone came to collect it next morning about 9am we were supposed to have it 2 days. It is now still here”
