Got a phone call to say skip would be delivered one day late, stayed in, it didnt turn up, but did the following day without notice, so two days late. Got a text to say skip would be collected that day , it wasn't it was picked up the following day..

Site graphics suggest skips with doors. I clicked and purchased based on this and received a conventional type no door. Was subsequently advised that skips with doors should be requested - but again, no mention anywhere on the site of such requirements ! I was also advised during phonecall after delivery of oncorrect skip that one's with doors were not 'really' provided due to issues with Health & Safety over recent years. My response was same as the sub-contrated company driver on site....We laughed !! They have several and deliver all the time!!! Won't be using this site again and will discourage anyone who asks my opinion.

v Poor at communication .If I had searched more id have got a better service on the same terms by going to the skip companies themselves. Note the company provides no way of easily contacting them and to my knowledge no phone service . Avoid

Be aware your skip will be picked up after a short 14 days. If because of Covid or any other reason you need it to stay longer it will become very dear.

The skips have not been collected when they said they would. This has now resulted in complaints from parents of the school.

Skip still not collected 2 days after when it should of been. Even after requesting that it is collected after being a day late.

The original ordering was fine but when trying to organise an exchange of skips although the online home page directed me to my account page there was no box to click on & trying to speak to someone in person took ages. I was then told to order a new skip and although the dates were incorrect they would be changed along with detailing it was infact an exchange required. But this didn't happen and was collected a day late with no mention of an exchange but eventually the driver sorted the problem.

Skip was guaranteed as a next day. I ordered skip on a Friday morning expecting it to be delivered on Monday. It didn’t turn up till Tuesday afternoon. This was all due to traffic apparently (I did receive 10% credit for this inconvenience). Skip was then due to be collected on Friday AM, it was picked up at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. Timeframes are poor and there is little to no control on when the skips will be picked up, will go direct to the skip companies next time. Online chat was good although talking to a person on the phone is always 100% better.

The customer service for this scompany is fantastic and the prices of skips in keeping with local market averages. That said they make there profit in charging extortionate fines when skips are ‘overloaded.’ If you are not pushed for time I suggest dealing directly with the supplier.

Service was good but the skip sizes are incorrect. There were o acceptable responses to accurate detailed complaint, continuous argument about size when detailed sizes were proven. As a result, significantly over priced for what was provided.

Delivered on time, however ordered and paid for a 8yd and was delivered a 6yd- no refund offered.

Chaos, no point in stating date for collection or delivery as doesnt arrive on time. Nothing to do with covid19..a booking is a booking. Would not recommend or use in the future!
