“Watches should have been in proper watch presentable cases and not in a half white holder, very unprofessional indeed. I would not have had to purchase these watches if you were honest to the customer that you cannot get the Citizen Premaster Divers watch that's, Made in Japan anymore, as I have been on your waiting list for months. Because I'm going on a Scuba diving holiday with friends time ran out for myself and two of my friends waiting for the Citizen watch to appear on you web page, so the three of us decided to go to option two, Casio. When we come back do we go back on to the famtom list waiting for a watch you can no longer get or hopefully maybe try to purchase three from overseas. We all agree we would rather purchase our watches in Australia and keep our money here than getting one from overseas. So Watch Direct can you still get the Made in Japan Citizen Promaster divers watch? If you can what is the real waiting time and how many can we buy from you, we need a min of three to a max of seventeen, that's every member of our dive team. If Watch Direct come back with a positive answer, yes or no, as I reward honesty very highly and would have no trouble recommending there company to anyone in the future. Kindly regards. M.”
