“Leilani, from WatchDirect went above and beyond, and was really helpful in helping me with my choice. Unfortunately, she was given incorrect information about band length by Timex. However, it all turned out well when I decided to just change the band. Postage was fast, and was well packaged without waste.”

“I ordered the above watch from Watch Direct and on arrival it was a quartz movement. I don'y buy qurartz movements and requested a return and refund. I have to say, I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the refund.
