“I was drawn at first to the beautiful bottles, both steel and glass) and when I just impulsively pressed “order” on the bottle set - I don’t regret it. Hesitantly tasted the microdrink tablets and was happily wrong about the taste - all four flavors, (Boost/Zen/Youth/Flow) tasted great with no aftertaste. 1 microdrink in my 20oz bottle and it’s perfect - just a subtle hint taste. Love it. Glad I stumbled in this by accident and happy they offer it here now in the US market. Priced reasonably well + quick customer service response via FB DM = HAPPY Customer 👍🏼”

“I'm a really happy customer of Waterdrop, not only is an amazing brand because they create a new way to make people drink and enjoy drinking water, but also because there's a really good congruence between the products they are offering and the quality of the products. I can only hope that they bring all the flavors that are available in Europe! Love this brand so much!”

“I bought the Edition glass bottle set in coral, and I received the green bottle later from a giveaway. The designs are very pretty. The prices of the bottles and accessories are somewhat pricey on their own, but the prices of the sets are more reasonable. I love all the colors and prints. I just bought a bottle brush, and I hope it will help with cleaning the bottles. The drops are very reasonably priced, and they taste great, too. My favorite flavor is Youth, followed by Boost, Glow, and Zen. Shipping time was an average of about a week. Overall, I'm very happy with the products and would definitely recommend them.”

“I am highly impressed with this company so far, and have purchased from them twice. They have great lines of communication with their customers, both on the website and via their social channels; I never feel like it's difficult to get an answer when I reach out with a question. Delivery is super fast, and I like that they have a commitment to sustainability. Their packaging is beautiful, and their products are of great quality.”

“I love this company. First, they have the best customer service and their Facebook person is phenomenal. I love the larger water bottle because I drink so much water that it's perfect, not to mention beautiful. I'm obsessed with Glow and Youth and feel like my body feels better now that I've been using them. I'm a lifer!”

“I love the philosophy behind the company and their glass waterbottles. My only complaint is that they have released limited edition bottles (ahem, Sakura) and drops/microteas everywhere EXCEPT the US (and can we also talk about the Spring 7 day sale we're also not getting?). I understand that the micro drops need certain approvals, but I feel the US is getting shortchanged a bit. Please make an effort to include us too!”

“I've been very satisfied with my interactions with waterdrop! Very quick to resolve issues, generous with awesome giveaways and unexpected surprises! And the product is great! I'm usually very slow to jump on the bandwagon with things like this, but I was excited when I first discovered waterdrop back in January, and am still pleased!”
