“Great concept, some flavors seem to dissolve better than others. It takes some time, so please order plenty early. The website is very confusing and not user-friendly. Still not clear on how to use points.”

“The flavors are delicious. The bottles are beautiful, heavy duty & avoid introducing outside germs to the bottles lips ❤️. The company is eco conscious & I love it. However, Customer service needs improvement & the removal the NY location was dissappointing.”

“I lke the product a lot for it's nutritiibnal value and flavors. I noticed that some of the flavors take too long to dissolve. Wish it was just a powder you could mix right away. Enjoy the Lime and Green Coffee flavor and love the grapefruit though I didn't saee it advertised online recently when I went to order. Tried the passon fruit and didn't like it. Orange and lemon both good.Waiting to try rest of flacvors I ordered. Not sure I will reworder due to the long wait time for dissolving.”

“I absolutely love this product! However, in this last order, some of the goji berry “Love” tablets were discolored. When I peeled the packs open they were damp and had green coloration on them. I threw them away. They also smelled off and could not be removed from the individual containers.”

“Similar to Snow, but somehow was different--not quite as tasty. Also, the cubes were not compact; some were more like powder. Still helps flavor water nicely.”

“The Cola flavor is awesome but you lost a star because of the sucralose. Please find a better, healthier way to provide some sweetness like monk fruit. I am deliberately drinking less of this because of the sucralose.”

“I love the product, but the water bottle came in the wrong color, it took 3 weeks before they shipped out my order, the large set had i flavor that was not right for the set, otherwise all the micro drinks taste great!”

“Products are great, they make drinking water so enjoyable. This time around however, shipping was a nightmare. It took forever to receive my order. Also, I would love to see more deals on waterdrops to redeem with points. I have plenty of bottles, etc., and don't need all the periphery stuff.”

“The reason I ordered this multi flavor pack was to find out what I like before ordering in larger quantities. I like all but one flavor (watermelon/cucumber). I wish I could order these flavors individually as I only want to order the flavors I like. I did place a new order...but none of these flavors from this package were available for sale...out of stock? Or we just can't order individually? For this very reason I'm only giving 4 stars...if those flavors from the multi pack were available I would have been thrilled and given you 5+ stars.”

“I enjoyed all of Waterdrop except "Focus" Lime Green Coffee. I am allergic to coffee beans, so I tried one to see if I could tolerate it. I could not tolerate it, but it tasted ok, and I did not have a problem immediately. It took a few minutes. So, I will avoid this one.”
