“I love the idea of waterdrop, and waterdrop is certainly the best product that I know of its kind. I hesitate to give it a fifth star, though, because some flavors are sweetened with sucralose instead of stevia.”

“I love just about everything I’ve ever ordered from Waterdrop, however one of the bamboo caps that came with a bottle does not fit the bottle and will come off if grabbed by the cap. I’ve had lots of water spills with this. The other pull up cap I bought fits but doesn’t circulate air well and so you can’t take more than a sip of water at a time. I use the pull up lid like a cap, not really what I was looking for. The bottles are beautiful and I love them, just need better lid solutions.”

“I'm usually happy with my purchases. I have a few favorites and love your company. That said, I was disappointed over the citrus flavors I tried for the first time. The Lemon, Grapefruit and lemon lime were all sweet! Too sweet! For tart fruits, I was expecting them not to be that sweet. I usually put all my water drop cubes in 12oz water. I tried putting them in 16oz but it was way too sweet still. I had to break them in pieces to consume them. The Orange flavor was great! But I don't think I'll purchase the other 3 flavors again. Some things should stay the way they were created. Thank you for all you do! I know you work hard.🙌”

“I appreciate that water drop does not add extra sugar to sweeten. However I don’t like the use of artificial sweeteners and would prefer an option that uses natural sweeteners ie honey, monk fruit, dates…etc. I would like to see a more eco-friendly packaging as well.”
