“I enjoyed all the flavors and I can even get good flavored water even up to 35 ounces with one fire but I really miss the SKY flavor: that was my absolute fave. Please bring it back.”

“I'm usually happy with my purchases. I have a few favorites and love your company. That said, I was disappointed over the citrus flavors I tried for the first time. The Lemon, Grapefruit and lemon lime were all sweet! Too sweet! For tart fruits, I was expecting them not to be that sweet. I usually put all my water drop cubes in 12oz water. I tried putting them in 16oz but it was way too sweet still. I had to break them in pieces to consume them. The Orange flavor was great! But I don't think I'll purchase the other 3 flavors again. Some things should stay the way they were created. Thank you for all you do! I know you work hard.🙌”

“I appreciate that water drop does not add extra sugar to sweeten. However I don’t like the use of artificial sweeteners and would prefer an option that uses natural sweeteners ie honey, monk fruit, dates…etc. I would like to see a more eco-friendly packaging as well.”

“I love the company! They were quick to send me a new spout lid when I was having issues with mine coming unskrewed when I carried it by the handle. I would LOVE a bottle/model that has a handle on the bottle itself vs on the lid! :)”

“I bought these at sam’s club along with a Cirkul water bottle to try both and see how I liked them. Cirkul had a very pungent artificial flavor and artificial sweetener flavor. Water drop has a hint of herbs and tastes more natural to me. It is a very light flavoring, but my goal was to drink more water, and it has helped me do that. The only draw back in my opinion is the heavy packaging. I feel like these could be packaged more simply and the price could be reduced significantly for this one change.”
