“I love Waterdrop! My newest bottle ~ Summer (green and purple) is just beautiful! Your bottles are the best! I own over 20 of them, and have bought quite a few for family members, who also like them. And please don't ever discontinue the new pink (raspberry) lemonade mirroring. I love the taste...and it's so refreshing!”

“Product is fantastic. Only problem is they don’t ship very fast. And I hug Ave a problem with their packaging. It is extremely not eco friendly one packet of 12 drops is put in an oversized cardboard box stuffed with a bunch of packing brown paper. They seem to. Have never heard the phrase save a tree. When this could easily be put in an envelope. A total waste of paper. They are not eco friendly at all. But the product itself is the best I have ever used”

“I always check the ingredient list for stevia versus sucralose when ordering Waterdrop because I can't tolerate the taste of sucralose, and it comes with certain health concerns. Today I noticed the Lemon Lime product tasted different than what I expected, and to my surprise, the box I received has different ingredients from the one I ordered. It contains sucralose instead of stevia. I also noticed on your website that for the Lemon Lime flavor, you are no longer listing the ingredients. Can you address these concerns?”
