“Slow customer service, ordered April 2, hit lost in the mail or wrong address, not sure. Either way 24-48 hours between email responses meanwhile I'm out of WaterDrop product, told them I'm out, think you would just send another order out overnight. Nope April 20th, still no new order sent out.”

“I love waterdrop® – it’s the best water flavoring out there! Orange is my favorite flavor by far. Hope you make it a permanent flavor. Also, please bring back the caffeinated flavors (especially the one in the white box). I loved the amount of caffeine they contained. Or, please make an unflavored cube with just caffeine that could be added to any flavor!”

“I tried this hoping that it would be similar to my previous favorite flavor, Mellow Mint (hot beverage with apple), that was sadly discontinued. I was very pleased at how crisp and refreshing this flavor was without being overly sweet. Definitely a keeper!!”
