“EXTREMELY unhappy. Zero customer support. The response I received after explaining that I was getting migraines from the product was terrible. Not helpful. They have no desire to resolve an unhappy customer complaint. They are demanding that I pay for shipping BACK TO THEM, for their crappy product. They are selling an overpriced glass bottle with sugar drops. Buyer beware. They will not pay for shipping back or provide a return, even if you have used a couple of drops!!!”

“The microwaters have been tasty and helped to increase my water intake significantly. I love the look of my water bottle and the matching sleeve. I like my drinks a tad sweeter so I just add a packet of stevia.”

“I cannot believe that they think they provided an adequate response. I'm a consumer. I am unsatisfied with the product. It definitely promotes migraines for me. I had opened all the boxes and put them into the tube the bottle came in for storage. I've used about 8 maybe? They are seriously asking me to pay for shipping back to them!!! I've owned many businesses and I would never ask a customer to do that. Especially in this case I would tell them to either dispose of the product or donate it etc... I find it appalling that they are refusing to provide a refund unless I comply with their demands. ”

“LOVE IT! I ordered the Emilia Wickstead 20oz bottle as well as some waterdrop flavors. The pictures of this bottle do not do it justice, it’s so gorgeous. I also love that it is slightly textured, making it a bit easier to hold onto than the ones with mirrored finishes. I love the new Flair flavor, the raspberry is delicious and refreshing.”

“I love my waterdrops! They really have helped me to drink more water and the flavors are great. I like mixing drops in different flavor combinations. I also love all of the accessories, they’re high quality & look gorgeous. I think it’s great you get points for purchases, since they’re something I use every day & order repeatedly. My coffee brand could learn a lot from waterdrop!”

“These are a little pricey, but you get pretty good stuff! I was very hesitant to try them, stevia… I am one who finds Stevia unpleasant I can always taste it it’s bitter and I don’t like it. I was on the fence for a while, but finally decided to give it a try. I was so pleasantly surprised that I could not taste even a hint of stevia. Just fresh flavor! If you’re like me about stevia , don’t worry about tasting it… I don’t!!”

“I love having an extra large steel bottle so I can have to full bottles of water drop water while out doing errands. The Flair is great flavor. Add a Boost or Shiro makes for a perfect combination. I have gotten several co-workers to start enjoying water drops.”
