“The customer service is exceptional. My package for the holidays was destroyed in shipping. I contacted support and they quickly got all my products replaced in time for Christmas. Very positive support agents. Yesterday, as I left my car, my glass water bottle fell and hit the concrete. I was fortunate that only the bamboo lid broke - the water bottle (which was in its sleeve) was unharmed! :) So I'm buying a couple of new bottle tops - because I'm clumsy - and I'm writing to tell you all THANK YOU for the outstanding support and great product. Purchase without worry - this is a quality driven company!”

“My daughter & I love the flavors! It is encouraging us to drink more water! Now I alternate plain water with the water drop water. We are looking forward to the hot micro teas! The bag is so cute; I used it for shopping, and the glass bottle is lovely!”

“I love the products. They are perfect for my household. The flavors are all so wonderful. The variety is always increasing. The water bottles we own are durable and pretty. The customer service is amazing g and everything ships at a reasonable time frame even with the pandemic and shipping challenges.”

“Love all the flavors I received. As a diabetic I am always looking for sugar free alternatives to just plain water and this one definitely hits the mark. Does not have artificial taste is some sugar-free sweeteners do…and I love the convenience of being able to drop a couple tablets in my bag when I’m on the go. Will definitely keep buying these”

“I loved all of the flavors I ordered (flair, zen, glow, and boost). But I think Flair is my new favorite! I love the raspberry flavor - not too strong and not too sweet! These water drops are saving me money on flavored water while allowing less sodium intake and saving on plastic use!”

“I absolutely love this product! This really helps me drink water during the day. As a busy hairstylist, we sometimes don’t have a change to get a break. “I was a little concerned about whether I would like the flavors (artichoke?) but it turns out I love all four that came in my first purchase. I've already made my second purchase of microdrinks. I also really love the steel bottle: it's handsome and not cold to the touch, though the water inside is kept quite cold. A couple of things: I would make plastic you tear off the drink cube packet easier to peel off (sometimes I have to use a knife) and I would make the waterdrop logo more prominent on the bottle; if you're looking to advertise your brand, make it more visible. Other than those (minor) quibbles, I really like this product and I think it's worth the price. Ad it works--I drink more water than ever.”
