“Leider schmecken die Waterdrops in ERSTER Linie alle gleich, nach ihren nicht fruchtigen Inhaltsstoffen! Die sind auch in der Überzahl vorhanden! Säuerungsmittel Citronensäure, Säureregulator Natriumcarbonat! Und dann viel Verpackung drumherum, und ein Paket zum Versand, da hätte ein Umschlag gereicht!

“Just got my starting package and I am supper dissapointed: when I actually read through the entire list of ingredients and googled it afterwards - it still has sweetener in it.
The claim 'sugar free' is misleading - the sweetener Sucralose (even in a small amunt as they claim) is bad for you on the long term.
So if you are conscious about what you consume - dont buy it and make your own water drinks.
But not all is bad: the bottels are cute, the service and delivery amaising and the whole idea is great. So once they drop all sweeteners - will gladly come back to being their customer.

“I bought two waterdrop tumblers two separate times. The first time, I was one of the first people to order one because I was so looking forward to trying a tumbler that doesn’t burn your lips. I drink tea on my commute so I was looking for something sturdy and easy to clean. Well it isn’t sturdy. The first one broke in two months, approximately, when the pivoting parts of the closing part (that you open to drink from) snapped. Well I thought, I must’ve done something wrong, because I was happy with it otherwise! Then I bought an other one, same tumbler different color, and it also lasted about a couple of month before snapping at the closing part also but underneath (one of the tiny white plastics bits just broke of, making it impossible to keep it sealed properly). I was EXTRA careful the second time around obviously. But I can’t understand how fragile these things are. For about two weeks I couldn’t even close it properly, it would open at the barest push in my bag and soak everything through even though I made sure to put it upright. Like how delicate do I have to be ? Use it only at home? I am so disappointed, It’s not the cheapest tumbler and I was really looking forward to it, it looks so nice and the systems seemed to be perfect. Plus it’s really not climate-friendly to just keep buying tumblers because they. keep. breaking. What a waste :(”

“Bottle wegen undichtem Deckel und Überdrehen des Deckels reklamatiert und hatte dann ein ewiges Hin und Her, bis ich adäquaten Ersatz bekam. Macht keinen Spass! Man wollte mich zunächst mit lächerlichen 700 Punkten abspeisen, steigerte dann und nur weil ich hartnäckig blieb, bekam ich Ersatz. NoGo, wie das gehandhabt wird. Noch bei keiner anderen Firma habe ich so ein Getue erlebt bei einer berechtigten Reklamation. Bin bedient...”
“Ich bin überaus enttäuscht. Dieses Produkt hat meine Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.
Die Verpackung ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Jede Tablette ist in Kunststoff verpackt. Und ja bestimmt Material welches aus dem Recyclingkreislauf kommt - aber dennoch Kunststoff - JEDE Tablette. Das hat meines Erachtens nach nichts mit Nachhaltigkeit zu tun. Die Hauptverpackung kommt ja noch dazu.
Geschmack: Fängt mich auch gar nicht ein. Klar kann man einen Hype draus machen. Mit Augen zu - schmeckt es nicht anders als Brausevitamintabletten von Rossmann. Das Getränk hat darüber hinaus einen komischen Nachgeschmack. Liegt wahrscheinlich an einem Süssungsmittel.
Der Preis ist auch eine absolute Frechheit.
Insgesamt also teuer, schmeckt nicht, ist nicht nachhaltig.

“Bei dieser Bestellung ging alles schief, der Bestell Vorgang ist zweimal abgebrochen und dann ging der Rabattcode nicht und das Gratishandtuch war auch nicht dabei. Dann habe ich die Bestellung zurück geschickt und habe nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten.”

Ich habe am 31.07.21 bei Waterdrop bestellt (Versandart DHL Packstation). Am 11.08.21 wurde ich nach meiner Postnummer für die Packstation gefragt, habe natürlich darauf geantwortet, seitdem warte ich auf meine Bestellung. Heute habe ich eine Nachricht von HERMES bekommen, dass mein Paket von Waterdrop heute zugestellt wird!?
Es ist unmöglich, dass ich schon so lange warten musste (angeblich 4-7 Tage….warte schon seit 23 Tage aber oke) und dann habe ich gesagt, dass es zur Packstation gesendet werden soll. Warum werde ich denn überhaupt 11 Tage nach Bestellung überhaupt nach meiner Postnummer gefragt, wenn es ja eh mit Hermes versendet wird!?”
“Ich würde gerne positives berichten, aber leider hat mich diese Bestellung nicht erreicht. Ich war im Urlaub und habe die Bestellung extra ins Büro liefern lassen. Kam nix an. Kann das bitte mal jemand prüfen?
