“1st use and so far so poor. Products that have arrived are not best quality and the rest of items simply not arrived after 10 days with no response to enquiry. Disappointed.”

Hi Fiona, thank you for your feedback. Please can you confirm what it is you haven't received? As the items were both from the same brand - Miniml, I would have expected them to be sent together, unless one of the items was out of stock. Please can you also let me know why the item you have received isn't satisfactory, so that I can pass on this feedback to the brand? “Good shopping experience and great range of products. Some items took quite a long time to come, though I realise this is due to their suppliers - perhaps a little more info on the product pages would manage expectations - there are shipping estimates but they weren't all accurate in my experience. Still, I am very happy with all the products and am happy to receive things at different times if it's the most cost- and eco-efficient way for the business to operate. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Good experience. I purchased the conditioner- glass bottle, lovely grapefruit smell. all carboard packaging for postage so no plastic waste. The hand soap from Milly and Sissy is nice as well, actually dissolves into a thick liquid more similar to hand soap than I have managed to find in the past. A compostable bag so again, no plastic waste.”

Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay in our reply to your email which I am responding to now. You emailed us on Thursday 2nd June which was a bank holiday. The Wearth offices were closed then for the bank holiday and we returned to work yesterday. We aim to respond to customer queries within 2-3 working days and today is the 2nd working day. We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We have contacted the brand Fill for an update, as the order was dispatched 3 working days after you placed it. I have also sent you an email regarding your request for the parcel to be sent to an alternative address as you have informed us that you haven't been at home. Kind regards, Ginny.

“Got what I ordered however it would be good to get an email notification when items are shipped as the two things I ordered came separately and I was concerned that the other item has been lost. It turned up 2 days later but it would be helpful to know when to expect the package. I would order again.”
