“Bad product, takes days just to get any assistance. Product does not work correctly. And then if you go out of your 3 months "free" support, it costs you almost the same amount as product to get any further support. Will rather go somewhere else.”

“I ordered the module Custom Payment by Webkul as cannot find nowhere the module for Prestashop that shows real names of created custom payment methods all over - ie in frontoffice, backoffice, emails and invoices. It seems currently it is the only module that can do this without exceptions. Almost all (maybe all) others leave some places with general name "Custom payment" for all created methods. This was very inconvenient. Also I would like mention the quality of support Webkul that it simply excellent. Alway fast response and quality work. Great!”

“Very unprofessional team and lack communication between there teams. After spending thousands of dollars on this company, our server, email and app is still not properly set up and simply does not work. We give you guys one more week to complete our job before we initiate a refund. I doubt the positive reviews from others on this page.”

“Voila une entreprise très compétente, avec des modules bien pensés et réalisés pour prestashop, et dont les modules sont prévus pour être efficaces et fonctionnels. En fonctions des versions de presta, leur équipe technique corrige très rapidement les éventuels problèmes rencontrés.”

“Absolute fraudsters. Make you buy a plugin and then switch the terms and never respond. Demand more money. NEVER AGAIN. Fake 5 star reviews on their site and hiding negative comments. ABSOLUTE FRAUD.”
