“Absolute fraudsters. Make you buy a plugin and then switch the terms and never respond. Demand more money. NEVER AGAIN. Fake 5 star reviews on their site and hiding negative comments. ABSOLUTE FRAUD.”

“Completely unprofessional company. Does not respond to support requests. When they do respond, it's a one or two sentences with NO explanation of the modifications and fixes. They just assume you'll be foolish enough to trust them. They take forever to respond, their skype chat lies and say they will respond right away. I cannot recommend this company. Too many issues.”

“Miss leading company Webkul, does not know customer service .. wasting customer time with there internship candidate & charging 25 USD per hour for that ... who cant able to resolve the error ..in short taking money from us to train there staff”

“Perfect for hiding out of stock products The module does what it promises, and so the customer can see faster, which units are available and which are out of stock. I had been looking for a module that would do this job for a long time and this has been the best choice. Emphasize that the support is fast and efficient, a 100% quality service. “Their support team are very helpful. The only negative thing that i've found is that the customizations are too expensive, and what i asked is only to module be more quicky... I bought quick order module, all works well but isn't quick...”

“A Dedicated Team of Talented Developers for Customizations I definitely recommend Webkul's developers for your module customization needs. They are transparent about the progress and are flexible as to addressing surprising issues that come along the way. They made sure that my customization appeared and functioned exactly as how I requested/wanted. Rest assured that with Webkul developers (and the support team in general), they are quick to respond should any issues arise. In my case, some issues came up after I had confirmed that the customization was functioning properly. I was a bit worried that it would take a few days before they would take notice that I had raised an issue ticket. However, to my relief, they responded just the day after and started working on fixing the issues. That demonstrated to me that they are serious about providing great customer service to help you excel in your business endeavors.
