“Not sure how you can get an item order so wrong considering the vastly differently colours and name of product. But you have. An item which also costs significantly less leaving me more out of pocket. Not impressed. Especially now the item I ordered is no longer in stock.”

“I asked the size conversion before ordering the jacket, but when i got the jacket the size is 2 not 3, feel really disappointed about this transaction. I will return the jacket and ask for full refund plus my return shipping fee.”

“Still haven’t received my Order, was informed i would have had the case closed within 24 hours. The poor efforts to satisfy their customers continue.... Courier left the order in an unsafe place, without a signature or attempting to deliver it to a neighbour, or arranging redelivery and leaving my order on the truck. The case continues”

“Hi Wellgosh, I have received the shipment email #100130586 on 24 July. Until this moment I have not received my package. I am unable to track with the tracking number provided RV653260984GB, there isn't any updates with the 3rd party postal service provided by Royalpost.”

“Shipping is an issue. Shoes been despatched since last Thursday and now its Saturday (7 working days) and tracking still indicate that item has not arrived in destination country. Very disappointing that shipping estimate provided on FAQ is incorrect and deceiving.”
