“I don’t normally do reviews but feel the need to with Wellgosh. If you want to wait 6/7 days for delivery this is the place to goto. The ordering process was easy, after that you get no info on how your order is progressing until you eventually get a dispatched email. If you need to ring their customer services this is as good as their dispatch times which is atrocious. This will be my one and only order with the company.”

“Slow delivery and bad packaging of my items. Ordered two pair of shoes and both shoeboxes arrived damaged. Sent an email with photos to notify them about the boxes but no courtesy to even reply at all.”

“Very disappointed when I received the parcel. The garment is packed so poorly that I even start to doubt whether it is counterfeit or secondhand, let alone the fact thatI have bought items of this brand from a lot of other online retailers and they always go with garment bag and hanger. And the jacket is also a little bit dirty with a small stain on the shoulder. Plus, I paied 200 HKD for the shipping and the Post Service is also bad. I have go to the Post Office to collect the item.”

“You took money from my account over the Xmas period for a pair of boston supers then 10 days later informed me that you were refunding me for the the trainers. So not only did I not get my trainers you never gave me the opportunity to buy from elsewhere in the sale and also had my money! Very disappointed with your service of a loyal customer”

“I have no received my parcel yet and it has been 15 days since I've ordered. Your customer service sucks, no one is replying my email asking to look into it. No one has an update. Worst experience ever.”

“Pretty poor unfortunately. Not to the usual standard. I filled out the delivery address as requested but some reason that address didn’t get relayed to the courier (DPD) They didn’t receive the top line so they were unable to deliver the trainers and I didn’t get them for an extra 3 days which was a bit annoying. I don’t normally give bad reviews but as this was out of the ordinary I thought you should know. Cheers Dave”

“Spent hours select the item, made the payment, 3 days later shows item delivered, then cancelled my order. Although the money was refunded, I have to call to cancel my another item due to the price is much cheaper and I still need to pay the delivery fee. The whole experience sucks.”
