“Completed the purchase paid awaiting delivery to then receive an email that the trainers I had order had already been raffled the day before and shouldn’t of been put on the site for sale due to this I missed out on the trainers thinking I had got them from here customer service rubbish and a scam”

“Really not happy. Purchased Lothertons on their 11pm sale time only to get an email the next day saying they were sold out and it was a fault. Completely lost out on them everywhere by then as they didn't bother emailing me until the next day. Absolutely gutted. So am I happy with my order and would like to leave a review? What order??”

“Have sent three txts regarding a shortage in my order I’ve had a generic txt saying somebody will get back it my twins birthday on Monday and I’ve only received one tee shirt very disappointed ☹️”

“Placed a order online, received a confirmation email, payment was taken, the following day I received a email stating there was a technical issue with their website and that I wouldn’t receive my trainers, I then had to chase them for a refund as they done answer the phone. Never again, shocking service!!”

“Paid for some adidas lothertons which was confirmed by wellgosh so i ended my interest in another pair I could have bought. Only to find the following morning there had been an error i wasnt receiving the trainners. Very disappointed with the seevice.”

“Payed for Adidas lotherton spzl .. Wellgosh took payment off me received confirmation email... for then the next day receive an email saying they didn't have a pair for me even after taken payment and receiving a confirmation email. Had to wait 5 days to get my money back.”

“First time with this shop and the second time of trying some one different from the big retailers both times been left bitterly disappointed what got sent to me wasn't even close to what I had ordered safe to say I will be returning for refund as I needed the footwear for a specific day and now haven't got them so yeah not very good at all”

“Really disappointed to be honest, ordered some socks via website, sizing wasn’t clear at all just S/M/L with no other guidance , went with what I thought, but turned out to be wrong after slipping one sock on for less than 3 seconds to try. When I contacted to ask if I could swap was told no as I had “worn” them. Which of course is incorrect. If I had “worn” them they would fit; which these didn’t. Explained situation, was offered 20% of another £18 pair! Which is minimal. Been a loyal customer for a number of years and honestly don’t think I’ll shop here again, as didn’t feel them person I dealt with understood or cared. If sizing on website was clear I’d hold me hands up, it wasn’t”

“Do not buy from these people, I placed my order, received my order confirmation email, they took my money and then I heard nothing more from them. About a week later I chased them up through the website (3 times), eventually I received an email to say they had cancelled my order as the product I was buying was no longer in stock "perhaps if they had processed the order when they received it, it might have still been in stock"”

As well as our web store we do also run a brick and mortar store, and it is possible that you received a pair that were on display in the store and tried on by a customer previously.
