“I have just received this order form your store, order number 3100105148. Unfortunately the jacket you sent to me is defective, it has a large stain right on the front, like a thick line that goes from one armpit to the other. As you can imagine I am little bit upset about this particular, I have been waiting for a while to get it here and it's not what I expected.”

“You sent the wrong item. It was a Christmas gift. I couldn't return it before Christmas. Now, the product I purchased isn't in stock. In fairness, it came quickly, but that doesn't really matter when it's the wrong item.”

“Wrong trainers sent. Delivery note stated the correct trainers but completely the wrong ones in the box. Hard for me to get to a post office due to work commitments to send them back and no reply to an email sent over 2 days ago as of yet. Now worried the correct trainers will no longer be in stock as they were a sale item. Overall good selection online but I have no option but to rate my first experience very poor so far.”
