“Despite my goods being signed for in my name, I did NOT receive my order Don't know where in the process it went wrong, but definitely not happy with my first experience of ordering from wellgosh”

It is with regret that on rare occasions items can be delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately this is out of our hands although when this does happen we like to ensure that customers are fully reimbursed as quickly as possible. (Erica, Wellgosh Customer Service)
