Sent trainers back for a refund as the suede on 1 of the trainers were totally different, it looked rough and scruffy. Personally I wouldn't sent a trainer out to a customer like that when they pay so much money.

After more than two weeks of order, I have yet to receieve my shoes and there's simply no way to track which local courier is taking over locally. Can't believe I continued waiting patiently for the past two weeks.

Mes chaussures ne sont toujours pas arrivé, ca fait 7 jours maintenant. Elles sont depuis 4 jours a l'aéroport de Roissy !

Ordered a pair of shoes as soon as they released, only for my order to be cancelled because the store had sold too many pairs. Wouldn't bother ordering anything from this website as they also have poor customer service.

Very dissapointed with my order. I purchased a lyle and scott hat and gloves. Firstly I did not receive the gloves spoke to wellgosh and got a refund but the main problem was the hat which i received. After paying £20 for a hat i expected it to be of a good quality but it started breaking down after wearing it twice and at the end of the weak i could see through it! Definitely not going to order from here again!

Terrrrrrrrribbbbble experience ......I order shoes through these guys that was clearly posted brand new.......and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED WHEIN I RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT.......the shoes were used and I paid $92.....please guys!!!!!! I immediately contacted PayPal and I'm still waiting for the results so stay tuned.........

Received an email saying trainers had been dispatched. Two hours later received a refund notification email. No explanation provided!!!

Wasn't impressed at all , received email saying my trainers where shipped then got another email saying they where not in stock and refund would be given , after about 4 days I realised I had no refund and had to complain to get my money back which was first thing on the Monday morning so after initial complaint refund was dealt with relatively quickly but should really have been expected to wait , overall not impressed with well gosh and wouldn't use again

The first and last company to deal with orderd some trainers they then refunded me without any notice when I email them they say sorry not in stock need to sort themselves out be carful as you could be scammed.

It is with regret that on rare occasions items can become out of stock. This is due to the fact that we have a physical shop as well as an online store, on rare occasions items can be sold in store at the same time that they are purchased online. When this does happen we fully refund the order and email the customer to notify them of the situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
