“Lovely once assembled. Expected it to arrive in a long slender box. However it arrived coiled in a box, fine just takes a while to straighten out.
Great as an alternative to a regular tree as it has the effect of a flat tree 😆. I found some small baubles to hang as I saw somebody else had done this.
Great value, my one gripe are the very warm tone of the lights, more yellowish rather than white. Thais could have been shown in the description (all photos show lights as white). However that said I am very pleased with this purchase.”

“I have bought a few items from this company over the years and been very happy with them until now.
I put the lights out and after a week or so they stopped working, contact customer support very pleased with the first person asked for photos I sent them, they sent out a new power pack that did not work either as I tried it with another set I had bought previously. I also bought some reindeers that after a few days stopped working again asked for photos so I sent them a new power pack got sent to me and that did not work either. Contacted customer support again and my reply was the items (both lights and reindeers) are out of stock so we have refunded your money. On checking the website there was still lights in stock but no reindeers, so was this just laziness on behalf of the customer service adviser who knows but I was very disappointed and will think twice about shopping there again.
But kalmar prevailed bought a knew plug for them off ebay and both lights and reindeers are working.”
