“Ordered some items and received an incomplete delivery. Contacted customer services. Firstly, got a prompt reply and secondly the problem was corrected quickly. It's good these days to actually encounter a company which has such responsive customer service.”

“Although you can’t find a telephone number on their site the web chat and email does work well. Frustrating as it is to place an order and not have anyone to speak to on a phone when there is a short delay. Everything came within a suitable time and the product are A1 very good quality and value for money”

“Absolutely delighted with these trees I have a large holiday let and have 3 of them They look gorgeous as they are and obviously are minimum maintenance for me I have also got another one for our personal guests which looks really pretty with baubles... just a lovely easy addition for Christmas ...would definitely recommend”
