“I recently purchased the Bibi Crossbody bag. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went over and above to get me the correct colour. The bag is absolutely lovely, stylish, very comfortable and extremely practical, although I would have welcomed a slightly longer strap. I love how easy you make it to return purchases, if necessary.
