“Tried to return a faulty item in store but was told by two members of staff that I needed the receipt that came with the original parcel, which I no longer have because I was intending to keep them. Told there is nothing they can do which seems bizarre as I have proof of purchase with my order confirmation. I sent an email to customer services and received a generic, automated email about returns that doesn't help my issue of not having the receipt anymore. Online chat was the only saving grace and resolved the issue in two minutes and confirmed the store should have been able to process the return. Pretty bad brand experience so far, online, in store, the product have all been rubbish.”
