“I returned 2 out of the 3 items I purchased and the refund came through very quickly. Overall I'm disappointed in Whistles, I thought they were a quality brand, but that's not my experience.”

“There was an issue with my click and collect order, 20 days passed and there was no update, meanwhile there were sending me "Sorry it's delayed" emails. Eventually I had to contact them, the virtual assistant was sending automated responds - not relevant to my issue and then saying that there is noone available to help, closing the chat. I had to send 3 emails to eventually get an actual update (still didn't explain why that happened, they just told me it's at the store, and I could go pick it up) . A bit fraustrating online experience, felt like it could be simpler. The ladies at the store were lovely and helpful (they always are).”

“The delivery at the shop was quick, I was invited to try my clothes to check if I was happy with them. The staff working at the Chiswick shop was nice to me, I recommend this shop, and the brand as they make products of quality.”

“I'm a 14 or M but find the sizing at Whistles a little hit and miss. That being said, their clothes tend to be of excellent quality and are affordable if you keep a judicious eye on the sales.”
