“I was buying a replacement LED for a G9 bulb. I guess that possibly somewhere on the website was a guide to what 'Lumen' means. A comparison with the power of an old G9 would have helped me buy a more powerful LED than the 3 lumen one. The Leds arrived the next day so that was a pretty good delivery time.”

“The products are fine but I wasn't informed about the item being out of stock. This was the 2nd time this issue had occurred to me. I had to chase up each time to find out when I should expect it. It also took more than a month to receive my refund on part of the previous order, which I was told was processed until I checked my bank account. Staff were helpful though when I spoke to them.”

“Requested 1m tapes cut into two and both pieces soldered giving two 500m lengths. Wasn't done. Orange tape sent is not waterproof, when speaking to sales on phone I did detail orange was for motorbike so had to be water proof. I was told a different product would be sent as original order no longer in stock, I believe change in wattage. Have emailed detailing this but no one has contacted me. Both items sent are not fit for purpose or the purchase. Disappointed. Regards Kristian”

“It's too soon to comment on longevity claims but the lamps seem to be as described. The one I have installed gives out light similar to the halogen lamp it is supposed to replace so the signs are good. Prompt despatch and delivery. Thank you”

“The lights work well and give a good daylight colour. I installed the LED tape lights over a model railway without problem some time ago but it was only recently that the layout was exhibited and I could see the effect. The only downside, which does not bother me for the way in which I use the lights, is the poor range of the dimmer's remote control.”

“I order 8 dimmable bulbs to replace my old energy hungry R80. Effective light output higher than I expected. The colour is cooler than I would have expected from warm white. These LED bulbs were absolutely amazing and I am thrilled at the results.”

“I had to call and enquire about the LED strip lights, because I needed to know if they would be OK to put over a electric cooker, I spoke to someone (I cannot recall his name) who was very helpful about my questions, I ordered the item on Wednesday and received it on Saturday (very good service), I fixed the lights up and am very pleased with them, I got the warm light ones and they light up the space below my kitchen cupboards very well, I am very satisfied with the product and would highly reccomend them.”

“Great customer care on the phone. Wish I caught the guys name so could mention him. He talked through what I wanted and then made suggestions on what I could choose from. Why not 5 stars? I have not compared their prices. If you know they are a good price then I suggest you buy from these guys with confidence.”

“Received the "2M Standard Aluminium Profile Pack of 3 with diffusers" very quickly considering the size of package. Fitted the profiles to new kitchen cabinets, using kitchen supplier LED strips. The Profiles can be cut to fit cabinet sizes & are very easy to fit using supplied clips & end caps, in kit . Look fantastic when on. Website very easy to navigate also , so no problems. Very happy with the result..”
