“Found you through web search. Being local I was able to visit your showroom rather than use phone. This was good as I had a particular lighting issue to solve. Staff were available and helpful. I needed 3 * LED downlight and dimmers for "two way" dimming. Unfortunately the dimmers provided were not suitable for "two way" dimming contrary to the advice I was given in the showroom. Having contacted the manufacturer to clarify what I actually needed I returned to the showroom. The incorrect dimmers were readily returned and refunded although I felt that the restocking charge was unreasonable since it was they who told me what I needed, not my mistake. Would I use WLED again? Yes. But be careful if you ask for technical advice on your items.”

“they are ok as long as you order it, they have it in stock and they send it to you. If however you have a problem, like they don't have it in stock, the customer service is appalling. They will not keep you informed, they will not phone you back, they will not email you, even if they have promise to do so on several occasions. I've been chasing a refund for over a month, the customer service is systemically incompetent and thankfully I've rarely seen such appalling service.”

“The order was completed as expected but the 4ft tube, sent in a cardboard tube arrived with the cardboard bent and the contents broken. The replacement arrived within 48 hours better wrapped in a sq. box. I had to buy a G9 less than 50mm long and narrow from another supplier as you did not have one small enough. The person I spoke to was quick and courteous.”

“Good product, but the 24 hour delivery on outdoor items is apparently up to 4 working days. This is notified in the Delivery Terms, but I assumed 24 hours was 24 hours. That said, the delivery charge was reasonable, unlike other companies who charge excessive amounts.”

“Very good products delivery time quick. Only problem I had was put two bulbs E27. 806Lm 6w in two traditional Victorian wall lamps with PIR sensors , sensors are non functional now. Should put a warning about this on the site!!!”
