“Received very good advice over the phone and as a result, placed an order for some lights for under my kitchen cabinets. The lights arrived early and were perfect for the application. I'll definitely use them again.”

“After brilliant sales advice all the help was undone, by misdelivery. I paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and was all but accused of being in error about the package having been delivered because the Post Office said it was - it wasn't. it was delieverd elsewhere (our postman confirmed this!!) But Wholesale LED reckon the Post Office don't make mistakes (they clearly do!) and because the Post Office said it was delivered, I am without my lighting and out of £86.99 for the privilage - I'm not happy!! I now think I know where the lighting is, (it was delivered at 9.20 am to a different address) but their offices are shut for 4 days (Bank Holiday) and despite being diagonally opposite our shop, they didnt even say they had received my package - whatever happened to friendly neighbours? Package will now arrive too late for the job it was bought for, thanks for the vote of trust Wholesale LED...not! If you pay for Tracked 24, it only means it will be delivered somewhere, you cannot find out where or who to, opt for a signed for service as Tracked 24 is clearly worthless!!”

Hello Andrew, Thank you for your feedback. Let me being by apologising. We choose to use the tracked 24 service and we rarely have any problems with it, but very occasionally we are let down and your situation is exceptional. Our customer service advisers, in conjunction with Royal Mail, will have done everything they could to locate your parcel, but they are limited in what they can do once the item is marked as delivered. Ultimately the responsibility rests with the postman who has failed to notify you of the change in arrangements. This matter will be reviewed in our next company meeting and hopefully we can prevent this from ever happening again. As a side note, we have since received your items back and these will be processed for a full refund as per your request. Hopefully this won't deter you from considering us for future orders. “We haven't yet installed the lights but they arrived very quickly and the online purchasing process was fast and easy. We even received some complimentary mini chocs in our parcel - what a delightful surprise! Thank you.”

“Wanted to replace a 120W spot that was being used about 12 hours per day 7 days a week. The 9W LED spot, which claimed an output of 600 lumens, about half the illumination of the 120W spot so ordered 3 to be on the safe side. They arrived within 3 days. On test found a single lamp was very bright and perfectly sufficient on its own. Really pleased with the effect. With a claimed life of 50,000 hrs, less than a tenth the power consumption and only twice the price of the spot, this wins on all fronts.”

“You were very efferent in processing my orders but I as I have to install the strip on decking I asked if you could put a couple of off cut to practice with. Although the off cuts were on the order form they were not in the delivery and I think this let the side down. Regards Malcolm”

I have spoken to my colleague who was dealing with your order and he did pass on instructions to the dispatch team to send a small cut off along with your order for test purposes. Admittedly this isn't something we would ordinarily do and it would only have been a small piece, but it should still have been included if agreed.
