“Placing the order on-line was easy and received the product 3 days later. 2 year warranty offer is on the low side but offer to extend it 5 years is appropriate and most acceptable. So, far it is very good service indeed!”

“Not perfect. No mention of items not in stock. The money however is taken immediately. Then 2-3 weeks wait. One lamp has failed after a few months when they should last 10 years. Prices are cheap but.....”

“Good level of service & no issues to report there. I replaced 8 old ceiling spotlights with new fittings & switched to LED 8W bulbs, 4 warm & 4 cold white. The colour difference is very obvious & I would recommend the warm white for most purposes. Seem noticeably brighter than quoted 70W conventional bulb equivalents. I also replaced 4 double light wall fittings & used 3W warm white 180 deg bulbs. Very happy with results. Again, subjectively brighter than 50W conventional equivalent. Waiting to see if electricity bill shows any improvement as roughly 1 kW of lighting is now 88W.”

“very good information given to me not has yet fitted so cannot comment on the product the only thing I would say is that I said I would collect but sent to me on 48 hour delivery service”

“I bought two LED bulbs. They had a very wide selection and the prices were lower than I could find anywhere else, plus there was free delivery. They arrived very quickly. I'm impressed by the bulbs - they are very bright and solidly made, and don't get as hot as the incandescents they replaced. I chose warm white (3000 degrees) but the two bulbs, which are different types, seem to have slightly different colours. I'm very pleased with one of them, but the other is too pink and makes the kitchen look clinical, to me. They have a 28-day return policy, but I decided to use it and see if I got used to it.”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Spent a good while talking to the sales guy, about all the different options and choices. In the end I purchased them to see the quality. They didn't have it off the shelf due to it being new stock coming in, so an order was placed including free delivery. They kept me well informed when the item was dispatched etc and it arrived on time Quality of the item is great and a direct replacement for the old incandescent / compact fluorescent lamp (CFL), but much better than both and non of that buzzing noise like the CFL. In comparison its 10x less wattage (power use) than the equivalent bulb but just as bright and half the power usage of the equivalent CFL. So hopefully quids in. Brightness of the B22 6W OMNI-LED, CLEAR GLOBE is equivalent to a 60W bulb. Now I need to order some bulbs for the rest of the rooms and for the rest of the family as they are now after them. H”

“Goods LED driver /transformer received rapidly but no instructions included, this for an electrical item is essential. Made a request for same via feedback phone contact asking about it but no reply. Your prices are good but always Chinese products are vastly different in quality some assurance of quality i.e. replacement for less than 4years operation or similar would be good as they are claimed to be very long life products ( much more than 4 yr)”

“Hmmm. A few chocolates in the package don't make up for some serious screw-ups. I paid for24-hour delivery, but the order was split into three (why?). The first package was delivered 48 hours later (24-hour?) and the second two were delivered 72 hours after the order. This disrupted scheduled work people. A major part of the order was mis-labelled as 7.2W/m instead of the ordered 14.4W/m. We've yet to see whether the mis-labelling was just that, or whether the wrong parts have been sent. Either way, I'm not impressed. Overall a disappointing experience. Add a few chocolates, but make sure you've got the order right first!”

Hello Jeremy, Thank you for your honest feedback which is always helpful and please accept our apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. I've taken a look into this matter and can explain why the order was split into three parts. Some of the items were not available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse so rather than wait for them to reach us from our supplier we arranged for them to be sent directly from the supplier to you. Also, the order had to be split as you had ordered some of the 1m aluminium profiles - due to their size and shape they have to be sent separately. Really you should have been informed of this arrangement, so I will apologise if you weren't. Unfortunately the delay is not as easy to explain - we have spoken to our courier regarding this and they are not able to give us a firm reason for why the items were delayed en route to you. All items were dispatched at the same time so ideally they should have reached you together. It is worth mentioning that the tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service and can occasionally take 2 days. Kind regards, Wholesale LED Lights
