“LED strips were cut to the requested length and had wires soldered on to one end for connection to the power supply. The self-adhesive backing to the LED strips work well, making them very easy to install.”

“Great service, I received the product very quickly and the quality is excellent, 5 stars! But I had problems with the discount code on the website, it kept loosing the code and trying to charge me full price. The support desk responded very efficiently, but 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting for the discount to be refunded :(”

“I ordered three stand alone units with three independent power supplies and, as an LED virgin, I asked for everything to be included (rather than spec it up myself). When my kit arrived there were no connectors to join the power supplies to the LED, so I had to place a second order. The end result works very well but I was let down by poor advice first time around. Shame.”

“Fitting out our third shop - selling jewellery so lighting important. Had seen led strips in jewellery cabinets in Asia and investigated. Have used WholesaleLedLights / Mirrorstone for led GU10's etc before. Called to talk thru ideas as not a straightforward fitting. V helpful guy who understood product and when he didn't have absolute answer, checked. Ordered - quick delivery, product as described & works perfectly - further call for fitting advice was also well-answered. Cabinets are in shop window and look fantastic - have had v favourable response from customers & other shopowners. And their prices were very very good.”

“Product arrived as expected. Well Packaged etc. The only point I can make about light bulbs is that you cannot decide what type to purchase ie warm white or white. In this case I made the correct judgement. They are expensive to buy but will pay dividents over time in less energy used”

“Went to the store as it is local to me and because I needed to see which fitting would be best for a guitar soundhole involving 4 guitars, wired together, suspended from a ceiling for a music studio. We went through the options and I purchased the products there and then confident of having made the right choice. I also want RGB stips to go around the room and all options were explained and it was really useful to see the products in store working with the different types of light they produce. I was also given advice on how to connect up everything. All in all a very relaxed and informative exchange leaving me confident of the product and the company. I will definately use them again. Thanks”

“LED bulbs are a much better alternative, they are brighter, come on instantly and the same size as the old filament bulbs. The bulbs were well packed and came quite quickly with a free delivery.”

“Service was great but am having severe trouble fitting the bulbs in comparison to the old halogen bulbs. They take some real pressure ( to the point where you think they might break) and a twist to get in and in some cases I have not managed to get them in the socket at all. Any advice on this would be appreciated.”
