“I ordered LED G9s for my bathroom light. They were delivered when I expected and they fit perfectly to replace the Halogen bulbs. So I'm really pleased with the service I received.”

“Had to wait quite a while before the items were dispatched, due I understand, to problems with a replacement delivery to you. It would have been nice to have been informed about this problem without me having to ring first to find out what was happening. But the order was delivered quickly with all items well packaged and intact. I would use your company again in the future.”

“Found you through web search. Being local I was able to visit your showroom rather than use phone. This was good as I had a particular lighting issue to solve. Staff were available and helpful. I needed 3 * LED downlight and dimmers for "two way" dimming. Unfortunately the dimmers provided were not suitable for "two way" dimming contrary to the advice I was given in the showroom. Having contacted the manufacturer to clarify what I actually needed I returned to the showroom. The incorrect dimmers were readily returned and refunded although I felt that the restocking charge was unreasonable since it was they who told me what I needed, not my mistake. Would I use WLED again? Yes. But be careful if you ask for technical advice on your items.”

“Good product, but the 24 hour delivery on outdoor items is apparently up to 4 working days. This is notified in the Delivery Terms, but I assumed 24 hours was 24 hours. That said, the delivery charge was reasonable, unlike other companies who charge excessive amounts.”

“Light was delivered quickly but came with the wrong connector. I spoke to Vishal who diagnosed the problem after I sent him some photos of the parts. He was very helpful and apologetic. The right connector arrived in the post on Wednesday this week. However, in order to fit the light I still had to cut off the male connector from the light and then wire it directly into the new connector. This was very fiddly indeed. Fitting the light should really have been just a wire into loop and plug-in process. I may need another one of these lights and I hope that next time it will be easier. I am reluctant to buy another one unless you can assure me that this is the case. So a bit of a moan, although Vishal was very good. Regards, John Bragg”

“I was buying a replacement LED for a G9 bulb. I guess that possibly somewhere on the website was a guide to what 'Lumen' means. A comparison with the power of an old G9 would have helped me buy a more powerful LED than the 3 lumen one. The Leds arrived the next day so that was a pretty good delivery time.”

“It's too soon to comment on longevity claims but the lamps seem to be as described. The one I have installed gives out light similar to the halogen lamp it is supposed to replace so the signs are good. Prompt despatch and delivery. Thank you”

“Great customer care on the phone. Wish I caught the guys name so could mention him. He talked through what I wanted and then made suggestions on what I could choose from. Why not 5 stars? I have not compared their prices. If you know they are a good price then I suggest you buy from these guys with confidence.”

“Very good products i can highly recommend them. I ordered some led lamps on the website and specified next day delivery. When 2 days had gone i phoned the company and spoke to someone who told me the reason they hadn't arrived was because they were out of stock, some would be back in stock in 4 days the others may not be in stock for a couple of weeks. I was not happy about this but agreed to let the order stand and wait for them to arrive. I think i should have been refunded my next day delivery payment but was not offered this. Please change your website to show when items are out of stock and when they will be back in stock.”
