“Ordered on-line and paid for 2 day delivery. Called after 3 days to find out where the light was and it was delivered the next day with their apologies. Good product at a fair price. I will probably use the company again.”

“The light is easy to set up even with limited instructions. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the arm with the sensor needs to be longer as part of the sensor is covered by the light when it is in position.”

“My query written on your website received no response. However, I figured out my order from your very good website. It was good to see delivery costs built into the prices rather than added on at the end. The order arrived very promptly after ordering and it was good to have connection tales fitted to each of the led strips which were cut to the lengths I requested. I was concerned that the labels on the adapters were totally different from the order number and the wattage supported by each was not on the label. Also the led strips had no means of identifying colour/ output. I emailed you to this effect but received no response. Your website is good and gives good details of an excellent range of products, however, your customer service via your website and via your email are non existent!”

“Very good website - seem to have an LED for just about every situation. Mine have yet to arrive, probably held up due to it being the Christmas period - looking forward to recieving and fitting the lamps. Andy Somerset”

“Items are great, easy to install. However it wasn't delivered in 48 hours it was delivered in 96. Curious to think if i had chosen the 24 hour delivery would I have received them in 24 or 48. Its likely I will use the company again, but really need to sort out delivery times”

“Was initially disappointed when the lights did not arrive after paying for express delivery, however, after calling the company they refunded the postage and gave a arrival date which was met, so good service following my call. The lights are very good giving a bright but soft light. Just what we wanted. If they last I will purchase more for other rooms.”

“couldn't get exactly what I wanted but WLED seemed to have an equivalent item but haven't fitted yet. Service good, did all online so no personal contact. Item arrived fairly quickly. If item works as required then would use WLED again next time.”

“I guess its my age I am 65 I found it very difficult trying to work out what bulbs I wanted when converted to led light bulbs. It was also difficult finding out which bulbs went in dimmer switched lights. With help from others I managed to make my order and am very pleased with everything. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately I have to return the lamp holders as the cable is too short for my fitting and you don't do them longer. You didn't specify the length in the item spec. But your service was very prompt. I hope you will refund me when you receive the lamp holders. Many thanks”

“The pack of 10 lights I bought were installed as soon as they arrived. Unfortunately one blew the house fuse within 2 hours. I have had no problems with the other 9 and will be ordering more within the next month.”
