“Excellent service - bit disappointed with life of the MR16 6W LED spots though . Awaiting for a returns pack for 2 prematurely failed ones as we write.”

“Ordered on Thursday 28/11/14 with expected delivery by Monday 1/12/14. Had to chase on Monday asking where light was, it was then despatched on Tuesday 2/12/14 for delivery on Thursday 4/12/14. Overall not impressed.”

“Bulbs arrived my mail very promptly. Installed (with some difficulty both in removing old and inserting new - there must be a suitable tool like a stiff,short suction pad?) and immediately gave a good light. I bought the daylight version for use in the kitchen and they appear to be just the job. So far "As described" I hope the life and savings materialize as well!”

“I placed an order for "in stock" items and after waiting 2 weeks i received an email asking to review this company. At this time i had not even received the goods i had ordered. Item's arrived nearly a month after the order was placed,in my humble opinion not good enough.”

“I found your web site easy to use and helpful. My order was delivered promptly and the packaging of the bulbs was the best I have encountered with plastic inserts to stop the bulbs moving within their boxes. All in all a very encouraging company site and will definitely use it again in the future.”

“The communication can be improved. I had ordered some led bulbs and paid for it on line. I got a email about the details of the purchase but information of the posting and delivery of products was not given. If this is also included in the email then it will be very useful. thank you”

“Didn't have to wait for someone to answer the phone and my order was taken politely and smoothly. The LED strip light arrived two days later and I was very pleased with the product after my husband fitted it inside my wardrobes. I'd recommend the company to my friends and relatives.”

“Love the lights they were easy to fit (could do with a longer electric cable) very easy to find and phoned the company about ordering them and received excellent advice - will order again and recommend to my friends. Delivery was longer than expected but then it was free. I went to the website to establish if the items had been dispatched but the only message was "processing", an email to say they were dispatched arrived and that made things better. Certainly a nice company to deal with.”

“Delivery performance was very poor. After a week I was given a new delivery promise which was not kept. Firstly the light fittings were out of stock and then the bulbs. The bulbs were substituted for a different type and the order eventually arrived after about 2 weeks. I had to do all the chasing. Never was I called to up-date me with progress. The invoice sent with goods was incorrect, showing the originally selected bulbs and not the replacement (as was this request for a review). The tracking system on the website did not work since it always showed "processing" even after the goods had been dispatched. The lights work well. I believe the hole in the ceiling should be slightly larger than the specified 65mm since several time when pushing the fitting through the hole the spring clip became detached from the fitting. I was promised a 15% Christmas discount but to date this has not been paid to my credit card account.”

“I've ordered from you before and the service was very good. However this time the order took about 3 weeks to arrive. I phoned on two occasions and was given a polite and reasonable explanation, but it would have been nicer to have been given an update without prompting for that much of a delay.”
