“I wanted to install led strip lights under kitchen cabinets, but was unsure what cables, connectors, power supplies etc were required. I phoned Wholesale LED Lights and explained the set up to a gentleman called Tom. He was very helpful, and quickly assessed what was required and explained connections etc very clearly. First class customer service. I would definitely recommend Wholesale LED Lights.”

“I contacted the company by telephone and Tom who answered was polite and very efficient. The lights were ordered on the 25th and were delivered at 8.30am today 27th. I put them in straight away and was amazed at the light they gave out. An excellent service. John”

“So, so, I don't recall getting emailed order confirmation and the item in question was actually out of stock which your site did not show, this niggled me as I paid extra for next day delivery which is utterly pointless on an out of stock item ! Having heard nothing I phoned your company on Tuesday morning and the guy on the other end of the phone was helpful although the information he hand to hand was poor, he had to put me on hold to answer some pretty basic questions about lead times. Thankfully he told me the item was due in later on Tuesday and there was a good chance it would be with me on Wednesday which it was. So as I stated at the begining, a so so experience. I think you should invest in better back office systems and detail on your web site whether an item is in or out of stock”

“Good morning, The bulbs arrived on time. The conversation we had with the person we spoke to reassured us that we were ordering the correct items and they are exactly what we need. Good old Tesco refunded the £34 we had spent on what we thought was the right sort, even though we had to use them till yours arrive so thanks to them, but we shall steadily replace the rest of the bulbs in the house from you. Once again, excellent service. Thanks. D Blamire”

“Had to buy another light to replace the one that broke in my kitchen within the warranty period. Contacted the company over and over again to arrange replacement and after several phone calls and emails, I gave up. Needed one more to match my kitchen - but won't be furnishing the whole house. Speedy delivery, poor after sales service.”
