“After setting up an account on your system I tried to purchase my selection of bulbs online but for some reason the system would not accept payment via PayPal. Contacted you by phone and spoke to Tom who was very helpful and sorted out my requirements. The price that I had come to online was £167.24 and when Tom worked it out he came to the same cost (this was with the xmas15 discount). I presume the points I would have got with the online purchase would have had some value? My parcel arrived promptly on the 20th Nov with all bulbs as requested, just a bit suprised that the invoice was for £172.16. Regards, Mel Talman”

“I have not received any products yet. Most companies that you order online the items arrive next day. I received nothing from your company so had to phone and find out when they were coming to be told some were out of stock. I was asked if I would like the others that I ordered which obviously I affirmed. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting. You are quick on taking my money though for that I give you 5 points. Not Good N Young”

“13 days and 4 phone calls later the LED lights I ordered finally arrived. Not the quick delivery I was expecting. To be honest when I rang up about my order the people dealing with me were very polite and I had no issue with how they dealt with my query. I would have preferred someone to say it is going to be 2 weeks before I see the lights instead of saying the lights will be in this afternoon and we shall dispatch them today which happened on two occasions but never got delivered as promised.”

“We ordered LED light diffusers on 7th Oct. It took till 31st October and in the region of eight phone calls each very polite but a new promise. When we received the strips there was one of the end fitting missing from the pack. After a further 3 calls each promising to drop one in the post we have had nothing 17th November. There was no communications coming back from this supplier and my wife spent several days waiting in for deliveries that were promised but didn't transpire. Not my idea of a professional company”

“Though I found your website a bit tricky, I rang to place my order which was dealt with politely. I was informed my product was out of stock but but would be restocked on Friday. I received my order today (Monday) so I was delighted. Well done”

“I visited the shop to place my order and they were very helpful with the floodlight arriving the next day. The package was missing the wall bracket so with a quick phone call I was assured I could pick up the missing part when I was next in Leicester. So all in all very good .customer service”

“Order delivered very quickly but one of the bulbs don't work. I phoned yesterday and was told I would be sent a returns form via email. I haven't received it yet and I have checked my junk mail. Was delighted originally but not so delighted anymore.”
