“Bulbs arrived promptly and have just been fitted - very pleased with initial result. Brighter than expected for a 7 watt bulb, brighter than the 60w R63's that they replaced. A 5 year warranty is reassuring.”

“An unpleasant experience. I was informed that my choice of goods were showing as being in stock, however a few days later when I phoned to enquire about the status of my order I was told that there was a system error and although showing as being in stock - the items were not actually there. No attempt to contact myself was made - I had to make all the moves. Ultimately I was offered an alternative product, which I reluctantly accepted. When the goods arrived a day late, upon looking over the product, I considered it to be of a lesser quality than I expected. A phone call to the company was made the day after receiving the goods - to inform them I would be returning the order and that I was dissatisfied. At the moment I'm still waiting for the returns form to be emailed to me.”

“Have just changed all our spot bulbs for new LEDs from Wholesale LED Lights. Old spots used over 370 watts and new ones just over 40 watts. Bulbs arrived quickly and I am really pleased with them. Light output better than the old bulbs at a fraction of the running costs. I will buy from this company again as we are gradually replacing all our bulbs with LEDs. Excellent value and service.”

“E27ES 7W R63 - Warm White Splendid, I shall order 5 more! C. Read PS I have just noticed that they turn off my digital radio and interfere terribly with my FM radio!! Any suggestions please ???”

“Good service - items delivered as expected and on time. I think someone should make it clear that the LED colour 'warm white' is still a good deal whiter than that of the halogen lamps it replaces. So be careful if you're expecting them to look the same.”

“Tom was very helpful and the order went through. I only received part of the order and on enquiring, was told that although the computer was showing the item that I ordered was in stock on checking with the stock room Tom was told that it was not in stock and would not be in until at least 20 Nov. I then cancelled this part of the order and am awaiting a refund. I stress Tom was very diligent and helpful.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Very quick service. Good quality bulbs at a very reasonable price. I am amazed how bright a 5 watt bulb is. Huge saving on electricity. I will not be using old style GU10 again.”

“Well, how can I put it? My goods haven't arrived yet! This is the day after you sent me the email asking for a review. Parcel Force don't have a good reputation with me as one of the only companies who can't find our address. My advice: have a go at Parcel Force 48 as they were apparently dispatched 2014 Nov 07 09:35:21 and it's now 2014 Nov 10 2235!”

“Can't understand why I have been using halogen bulbs all this time. Bought 14 x 3.3w led mirorstones at an excellent price on the Friday and they arrived on the following Monday. Excellent service and I shall be using them again to finish off the rest of the house. Very fresh white light compared to the 50w halogens. Work it out for yourself 14 x 3.3w against 14 x 50w. No brainer.”

“Good service but I spoke to somebody, don't know name, and asked what leads I needed and was told a RJ45 cable. when the product arrived, with one cable as ordered, it turns out it needs two RJ45 cables. Your staff should be able to get it right. Now I need to get another cable which is inconvenient and time is short. Can you send me one please?”

“The website was very comprehensive but I needed some further advise so contacted by phone. The operator was extremely helpful and offered some good advise. I was expecting the delivery in a few days but had to wait a week before delivery arrived. On the LED strip controller a terminal was broken but I was going to hard wire it anyway. Also the dimmable LED bulbs flicker when dimmed, not what I was expecting as they seem to be worse than the cheap LED NON dimmable bulbs I purchased off Ebay!”
