“Very poor customer service. I pleaced my order over 2 weeks ago and paid for 48hours delivery and today I had to call and find out that the order was out of stock and thier supplier couldn't get it to them till end of March - this is a joke! If an item is out of stock, then don't sell it on your website or at least send your clients an email explaining the situation - and YES if you say " sorry we are very busy " than get more office staff and serve your clients better because you are wasting ppl time here!”

“I have received what I ordered. So far the LED G 9 style lights are working fine. The 3 W is a little less bright then the halogen that was in, I chose one that said it had 360 degree of light.The packaging was a small bubbled envelope, and the bulbs were each protected by a plastic case. There was an invoice that gave basic information but no mention is made as to where the lights are made, and little about the company Wled. The type of lighting is very different to anything I have had, so time will tell.”

“I ordered the light on Tuesday 16th Feb and paid for 48hr delivery. Today is Monday 22nd Feb. I have yet to receive my lights. Please advise when they will arrive.”

“Overall o.k, website is easy to use and clear. I did find that dispatch was rather slow as it was towards the end of the following week before the dispatch email arrived but the items arrived on time from that point. Quality of the items are good.”

“Great products, led strip lights are super bright but with a dimmer switch we can create the perfect lighting. Tape is discreet but effective. Done quick test before complete install and we're definitely pleased. Will be strongly considering buying more.”

“This was the first time i used wholesale led lights but would definitely recommend to anyone. I emailed my sizes for led strip lights and wire connections for various strips of different sizes ,they arrived promptly and all cut exactly to my sizes a superb service thanks very much. Dave.”
